About this course

This course extends the Adult BLS & AED qualification by adding comprehensive anaphylaxis management — covering recognition, epinephrine auto-injector (EpiPen) use, and post-event care.

It's ideal for workplaces with known allergy risks, food businesses, schools, and any setting where anaphylaxis is a realistic possibility. Around 1 in 50 people in the UK has a severe allergy, and early use of an adrenaline auto-injector is the critical intervention.
