Yes. All of our courses lead to Qualsafe Awards, which are Ofqual regulated qualifications. Qualsafe Awards is an Awarding Organisation recognised by Ofqual, the qualifications regulator for England. These qualifications are nationally recognised and accepted by the HSE, local authorities, and employers across the UK.

Certificate validity depends on the course. First Aid at Work, Emergency First Aid at Work, Paediatric First Aid, and Emergency Paediatric First Aid certificates are valid for 3 years. Adult BLS & AED, Adult BLS, AED & Anaphylaxis, and the Annual Refresher certificates are valid for 1 year. The HSE strongly recommends that all first aiders undertake annual refresher training to keep their skills current.

Yes. We deliver on-site training at workplaces across the UK. We bring all the necessary equipment and materials, so all you need to provide is a suitable training room. On-site delivery is available for groups and is a convenient, cost-effective option that minimises disruption to your business.

The maximum class size is 12 learners per trainer. This ensures every participant receives individual attention, adequate hands-on practice time, and a high-quality learning experience throughout the course.

Most of our courses have no prior qualification requirements and are open to anyone. The exception is the Annual Refresher, which requires learners to hold a current or recently expired First Aid at Work (FAW) or Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) certificate.
